Storage conditions: store in dry places at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C. After opening, store at a temperature of 15°C to 25°C and relative humidity of 40% to 60% for maximum 24 hours.

Carrots contain vitamin B, PP, C, E, K complex, it contains carotene — a substance which turns into vitamin A in a human body. Carrots contain proteins and carbohydrates. It contains a lot of mineral substances necessary for the organism: potassium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, cobalt, cuprum, iodine, zinc, chrome, nickel, fluorine, etc.
